STILL HERE: yang/yin

60 minute Yang/Yin flow to open and flow into the hips and side body. This practice interacts with the sacral chakra as well as the water element in the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. Incorporates 45 minutes of the active, solar, yang practice, and ends with 15 minutes to embrace the slow, cooling, yin practice. Half moon and variations, leading into deeper hip openers.
