The lymphatic system is the most over-looked system of the human body. It is the body’s “garbage
collector,” and also plays an important role in immune functioning. It is critical for preventing illness and
facilitating healing.

Many people have badly congested lymph flow without realizing it.  The lymph system does not have a
dedicated pump, but depends on breathing and on muscular movement to circulate lymph fluid through
its vessels and ducts. Without adequate movement, waste products accumulate in the cells.
Yoga for Lymphatic Flow
The 5-week Yoga for Lymphatic Flow course emphasizes movements that optimize lymphatic flow. This
enhances the body's natural eliminative processes and increases energy and vitality.
