Our classes are adjusted to fit the skill level and needs of the students signed up for each 6-week term. While you are welcome
to drop in to sample a class at any time, you will experience the greatest results with regular practice. Each six-week term has
an in-built progression, which helps you make faster progress and gain maximum benefits from the classes. This also
facilitates the experience of the "inner" posture, the deepening of body awareness and inner experience that ultimately is one
of the most rewarding aspects of  yoga.

This all-levels class focuses on building core strength and renewing the flow of the vital energy in the
body. One of the unique features of yoga is that it clears away blockages to the flow of prana in the
