Our approach to teaching yoga focuses on creating specific therapeutic effects in the body to target
common health conditions and to improve overall health and well-being. Done in conjunction with breathing,
yoga postures can be used to stimulate the health of all body systems, including circulation, digestion, the
nervous and endocrine systems, and detoxification.
